2. How long does delivery take?

Our items are shipped from our delivery station Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The total delivery time to your door will approximately be 5-14 working days from order placement. Additional time may be required for Customs Clearance.

3. Can I change my delivery address make changes to my order if my products haven't shipped yet?

Yes – only if your items have not yet been dispatched from the warehouse. You can contact us via email.

4. What is split delivery?

At MIK, we try to deliver your items in one go, but for whatever reason this is not possible, we will split your order and send you the items at the quickest time possible. You will be notified in this event and there will be no additional delivery costs.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, BUYMIK.com Australia only ships to Australia. For New Zealand customers, please visit www.mik.co.nz

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from MIK, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MIK. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.


1. How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order due to a fault or a damage in the product simply contact us and we will offer to exchange or refund.

2. Can I exchange [part of] my order?

No, this is not possible

3. What happens if I have received the wrong product(s)?

If you have received a product that you have not ordered, let us know. We will offer a complete refund or an exchange at no additional delivery costs.

4. What happens if I have received a faulty product(s) or my product(s) have been damaged during delivery?

You are eligible for a complete refund or an exchange if the product is faulty or damaged. However you will be considered as having accepted the products unless you have notified us within 5 days after receipt of the products.
